What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses high water pressure to blast dirt off hard surfaces like concrete, pavers, and driveways. Soft washing uses low pressure and a house-safe cleaner to kill mold, mildew, and algae on siding, stucco, and roofs. We pick the method that fits the surface so the house is cleaned, not carved.
Is soft washing safe for my siding, paint, and roof?
Yes. Soft washing is the method built for those surfaces. We keep pressure low, mix for residential work, and rinse thoroughly. High pressure stays on concrete and other hardscape unless you ask us to treat something else.
How often should I have my house washed?
Most Volusia County homes look their best on a 12-month cycle. Shady lots, river air, and north-facing walls often need a wash sooner. Driveways and sidewalks can usually wait 12 to 18 months.
Will the wash harm my plants or lawn?
We wet plants before and after, keep mixes residential-strength, and rinse landscaping when we finish. Let us know about tender beds or a new lawn so we can shield them.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave gates open and close windows. We still want you there at the end if you can be, because you pay when you are satisfied and we like you to walk the job with us.
How long does a typical job take?
A single surface is often one to two hours. A house plus driveway is usually a half day. A full-property wash can run most of the day. Weather and soil change the clock.
What parts of Volusia County do you serve?

What if I am not happy with the result?
You pay when you are satisfied. If a streak or spot is still there, we correct it before we leave. If something needs a return visit, we come back.
Can you clean windows and gutters too?
Yes. Windows and gutters are add-ons on the usual house package and included on the full-property package. They are also available on their own if that is all you need.
